On 24 June 2025 in Pointe-Noire, during the 4th Multi-Sector Mission of the Club Afrique Développement (Attijariwafa Bank), Mrs Rachel DIBOU, CEO of AS Building Group, received the SUFAWE Congo Trophy 2025 in the category "Businesswoman of the Year — Industry & Natural Resources". The ceremony was presided over by Prime Minister Anatole Collinet Makosso and sponsored by Mrs Kate Fotso (CEO Telcar Cocoa).
This distinction rewards sixteen years of building a reference Congolese industrial group and recognises Mrs DIBOU's commitment to promoting women in industry across Central Africa.

In 2021, AS Mining Exploration, the mining arm of AS Building Group, officially obtained its potash exploitation permit for the Ntsela area in the Republic of Congo.
