2009

Foundation

Rachel DIBOU founds AS Building in Pointe-Noire. The company immediately positions itself in industrial services for the petroleum sector.

2012

First major contracts

First framework contracts with TotalEnergies Congo. AS Building establishes itself as a reliable supplier for the oil sector.

2015

Mining diversification

Obtaining first prospecting and mining exploration permits in the Republic of Congo. Launch of geological exploration activities (gold, copper).

2019

Group structuring

Consolidation into three distinct poles: Petroleum, Mining and Services. Implementation of HSE standards and group governance.

2022

Team growth

Exceeding 500 direct and indirect employees. Strengthening operational capacity with 6+ referenced major partners.

2024

ESG commitment & Holding transformation

Official launch of the ESG approach with NL Consulting and ZEI. Formalisation of the holding structure with three autonomous subsidiaries.

2025

International expansion

Formalisation of target organisational chart 2026. New gold & copper exploration permits. ESG ZEI approach officially launched.
